It’s easier to stay motivated when you haven’t got to do any of the boring bits like getting equipment, planning a session etc.
Now all you have to do is show up and have fun with your new friends!
Sessions Are Fun
Even adults like playing, and with fun games such as handball and tug of war (suitable for all abilities), you can leave bootcamp feeling happy and relaxed.
Every session includes at least one game; either in the warm up or the finisher (sometimes both).
Each session is different, so you never get bored, and sometimes we include buddy training! Here you partner up and complete exercises with someone of a similar ability.
