Hi, I’m Laura!
I’m a personal trainer (based in Worthing) offering 1-1 or group training and online coaching. I don’t offer “cookie cutter” plans. I work with you to create a tailored plan that fits around your lifestyle, making it easier for you to achieve the body you want. Interested in doing what I do? I also offer fitness enthusiasts the chance to qualify as and become a personal trainer through YMCA and AIQ training courses.

A higher standard for personal training I also have my AIQ Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment and AIQ Level 3 Education and Training, so I can teach and assess trainee personal trainers to ensure they meet the high standards required, this means your personal training sessions will always be of the highest standard and based on the latest fat loss research.
