Hi, I’m Laura!
I’m a personal trainer (based in Worthing) offering 1-1 or group training and online coaching. I don’t offer “cookie cutter” plans. I work with you to create a tailored plan that fits around your lifestyle, making it easier for you to achieve the body you want. Interested in doing what I do? I also offer fitness enthusiasts the chance to qualify as and become a personal trainer through YMCA and AIQ training courses.

A higher standard for personal training
I also have my AIQ Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment, AIQ Level 3 Education and Training, and AIQ Level 4 Award in Internal Quality Assurance so I can teach, assess and verify the work of trainee personal trainers to ensure they meet the high standards required. This means your personal training sessions will always be of the highest standard and based on the latest fat loss research.

Health and Fitness Qualifications
- AIQ Level 3 Personal Training (a higher level to allow 121 instruction)
- Level 5 Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor (allows me to provide meal plans and nutritional advice)
- AIQ Level 3 Diploma in GP Referral (I can train people with injuries/medical conditions)
- AIQ Level 2 Gym Instructor (the basic qualification for instructing exercise)
- AIQ Level 2 Instructing Circuits (focused on fat burning circuits)
- YMCA Indoor Cycling (improved techniques and systems for spinning)
- Origym Boxing Training Course (allows me to do padwork and boxing fitness with clients)
- ASA Level 1 and 2 Teaching Aquatics (qualified swim coach)
- STA Emergency First Aid at Work (we are also fully insured, and all our electrical items are PAT certified)
